Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g flour
  • 125 g cane sugar
  • 175 g butter
  • 6 tbsp honey
  • 4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 large egg(s), beaten
  • 2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

First, combine the brown sugar, honey, and butter in a saucepan and heat until melted. Then add the flour, cinnamon, egg, baking powder, and the sugar-honey-butter mixture and knead until a firm dough forms. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes. After the chilling time, roll out and cut out any desired shapes. Place the finished figures on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
