Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g flour
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 100 g honey
- 100 g syrup
- 100 g sugar
- 150 g margarine
- ½ tsp ground ginger
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
soft Christmas biscuits
Knead all ingredients together, then roll out and cut out cookies. Decorate with flaked almonds or egg whites, if desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 200g for 10 minutes. This is a simple dough, and the cookies are really soft. If necessary, store in a tin with a slice of apple for a few days. But they don’t last that long!
