Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 ½ kg chicken breast fillet(s)
- 100 ml butter, melted
- 100 ml liquid honey
- 75 ml mustard (Dijon mustard)
- 30 ml curry powder
- 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Chicken breast in honey curry sauce
Place the chicken breasts side by side in a baking dish. Combine the butter, honey, mustard, curry powder, and cayenne pepper, then pour over the meat. Bake in a preheated oven (190°C) for 20 minutes, then turn the pieces of meat and bake for another 20 minutes. Serve with potatoes or rice and a green salad.
