Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork schnitzels
- 1 large onion(s)
- 400 ml cream
- 500 g spaetzle
- 1 small can of mushrooms, whole heads
- salt and pepper
- margarine
- Soy sauce
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- wine, white

Schnitzel à la Dad
Dice the pork schnitzel and onions, and mince the garlic. Brown everything together in a pan with a little margarine. Add the mushrooms and season with salt and pepper. Then add the cream and bring to a boil briefly. Finish with a dash of white wine and a little soy sauce. Serve with spaetzle, peas, or carrots.
