Honey-Dill Sauce for Salmon

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 4 tbsp coarse mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 half lemon(s)
  • 2 tbsp dill tips

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for flame-grilled salmon

Pour the crème fraîche into a saucepan and heat. Be careful not to let it boil. Then add the coarse mustard, the juice of half a lemon, and the honey. Stir the ingredients vigorously. Finally, garnish the sauce with the dill sprigs. Transfer the still-warm sauce to a bowl or dish and refrigerate. This sauce goes perfectly with flame-grilled salmon.
