delicious salmon recipe for every occasion

First, gently brush the salmon fillets on both sides with a little honey and then drizzle with lime or lemon juice. Then, gently coat them in flour to ensure they are completely coated. Heat the oil in a pan and carefully lower the salmon fillets into the pan. Fry over medium-high heat until golden brown on all sides. Towards the end, increase the heat to high. Add a spoonful of honey to the pan (it will caramelize and stick to the salmon), and deglaze with lime or lemon juice. This fish pairs particularly well with fresh rosemary potatoes.
