Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 4 garlic cloves
- 20 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 10 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- Pepper from the mill
- 5 tbsp honey
- 5 tsp mustard, medium hot
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Halve the garlic cloves, first combine the salt and white wine vinegar in a screw-top jar, and shake until the salt is completely dissolved in the vinegar. Then add all the remaining ingredients and shake the jar until all the ingredients are dissolved. The longer the dressing is kept in the refrigerator, the more it absorbs the garlic flavor.
