Ingredients
 

  • 2 tbsp Liquid honey
  • 2 tbsp Medium hot mustard
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Finely chopped clove of garlic
  • Salt pepper
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • Chili powder
  • 500 g Turkey or chicken schnitzel

Instructions
 

  • Mix the oil, honey and mustard well into a homogeneous mixture. Add the garlic and spices.
  • Cut the meat lengthways into approx. 1.5 cm wide strips and place them next to each other in a flat bowl. Pour the marinade over them; everything should be coated with marinade. Let it steep for a few hours in a cool place.
  • Place the meat on wooden skewers in a wave shape and then put it on the grill.
