Honey mustard sauce for salmon dishes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tbsp mustard, sweet
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Easy preparation, very tasty

Combine honey, mustard, and lemon juice. Then stir in the olive oil until the desired consistency is reached. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. I served this sauce with cedar-plank salmon. My guests loved it.
