- 3 tbsp rapeseed oil, cold-pressed
- ½ tbsp honey, creamy
- 1 pinch of medium-hot mustard
- 1 tsp pepper, from the mill
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed

Delicious homemade creation – tastes sweet and sour at the same time.
Mix all ingredients well. Tastes best when you add chopped carrots, bell peppers, and other vegetables to the salad.
