Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg ribs (pork ribs)
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp rice wine
- 2 tbsp honey, liquid
- 2 tsp sambal oelek
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- Ginger, walnut-sized
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes
Ideal for grilling; served with baked potatoes with herb quark and grilled corn
Portion the ribs into approximately 5-10 cm pieces. Make a marinade from the ingredients and marinate the meat, covered, for at least 2-3 hours, preferably overnight. Drain the meat and either grill it for about 10-15 minutes or pan-fry it.
