Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg ribs (pork ribs)
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp rosemary
- 1 tbsp thyme
- 1 tbsp coriander
- 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp mustard, heaped
- 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes
Ideal for grilling in combination with foil-wrapped quark potatoes and grilled corn
Cut the ribs into 5-10 cm pieces and mix the remaining ingredients into a marinade. Brush the ribs with about half of the marinade and let them marinate, covered, in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Then grill them for 10-15 minutes, turning them frequently and brushing them with the remaining marinade. The result should be crispy!
