Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 portions of thick ribs
  • some oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Brown the ribs in a pan with a little oil. Season. This dish tastes great with herb butter and seasoned sauces, as well as horseradish. Serve with garlic bread or French fries and a delicious salad.
