Honeydew melon in coconut milk from Thailand

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 honeydew melon(s)
  • 400 ml coconut milk (from the can)
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the honeydew melon into small pieces. Bring the coconut milk to a boil, stirring continuously with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Allow the coconut milk to cool and refrigerate. Pour the chilled coconut milk over the melon pieces and serve.
