Honeydew melon salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 honeydew melon(s)
  • 2 Buffalo Mozzarella
  • 10 slices of Parma ham
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • some olive oil, good
  • chives
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Deseed and peel the honeydew melon, and cut it into small wedges. Place the wedges in a large baking dish or shallow bowl. Crumble the mozzarella over the top and shred the ham. Squeeze the lemon. Mix the crème fraîche and lemon juice together and season with salt, pepper, and a little sugar. Drizzle the dressing over the salad. Finely chop the chives and sprinkle them over the salad. Garnish with a few drops of olive oil.
