Feta cheese soup

Ingredients for 16 servings:

  • 1 kg minced beef
  • 8 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 3 large onions
  • 2 ½ liters vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 class can/n tomatoes (Pizza tomatoes)
  • oregano
  • Paprika powder
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 400 g sheep’s cheese

Fry the minced meat with chopped garlic and finely chopped onions in oil until crumbly. Deglaze with the vegetable stock, season with pepper and a little salt, and simmer for about 30 minutes. Add the pizza tomatoes and cook for about 10 minutes. Season everything with oregano and paprika, stir in the cream and sour cream, and finally add the finely diced feta cheese. Season again.
