Horseradish dip

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 70 ml milk
  • 50 g horseradish from the jar
  • 1 dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

goes well with fondue, raclette, meat, fish and as a dip for vegetables

Whisk the cream cheese with the milk until smooth, add the horseradish and Worcestershire sauce, and season with a little salt. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator for a few hours. Tip: I use double cream cream cheese, but you can also use sour cream.
