Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 600 g floury potatoes
- salt water
- 150 g sour cream
- 2 tbsp table horseradish from the jar
- 5 tbsp milk
- 1 box of garden cress or 1/2 bunch of parsley
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Mashed potatoes with horseradish
Peel and dice the potatoes, and boil them in salted water for 20 minutes until tender. Drain and let them evaporate briefly in a pot over low heat. Mash them with a potato masher. Stir the sour cream, horseradish, and milk into the potato mixture until the desired consistency is reached, along with half of the cress or parsley (chopped). Season with salt and horseradish. Sprinkle with the remaining cress or parsley and serve.
