Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp horseradish, grated
  • 400 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • some locust bean gum

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chop the onion and sauté in oil. Add the horseradish and pour in the milk. Season with salt and pepper. Stir some carob bean gum into the hot (but not boiling) sauce and let it swell.
