Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 5 minute pork steak(s)
- 5 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 egg(s), beaten
- 4 tbsp horseradish
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Minute steak with cream and horseradish
Brush the minute steaks with the horseradish cream – not too thinly and on both sides. Dip them in the beaten egg, roll them in the breadcrumbs, and then fry them in a hot pan until crispy and golden brown. Serve hot.
