Delicious warm dessert, aromatic and fruity, (not only) winter recipe

Cut the apples, peeled or unpeeled, into approximately 2 cm pieces, depending on your taste. Peel the bananas and slice them thinly. Melt the butter in a pan and add the fruit. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently. As soon as it starts to brown or stick to the bottom of the pan, deglaze with the apple juice. Once the juice has been absorbed, add the marzipan to the fruit mixture. Then pour over the oil and sprinkle with desiccated coconut and almonds. When the desiccated coconut is browned, drizzle with honey, and finally, sprinkle the sugar over the finished dish. While still warm, serve in bowls and season with cinnamon and/or vanilla, if desired. Fresh quark or whipped cream goes well with this.
