Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g chocolate
  • 100 g hazelnuts or almonds, chopped
  • 150 g marshmallow(s)
  • 6 bananas
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Ice cream (vanilla ice cream)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Peel the bananas and halve them lengthwise, place them in a dish, and drizzle with lemon juice. Chop the marshmallows into small pieces and sprinkle them over the bananas. Roughly chop the chocolate and sprinkle it on top of the marshmallows along with the nuts. Bake at 170°C (350°F) until the chocolate is melted. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
