Hot brownie cake from the mug

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp chocolate sprinkles
  • some vanilla flavor

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

from the microwave

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, milk, oil, chocolate sprinkles, and a little vanilla essence in a large mug. Whisk the egg and add 2 tablespoons of it to the mug. Stir everything thoroughly. (Tip: Stirring is easier if you stir everything at once, but stir occasionally). Once everything is well blended, simply place the mug in the microwave for 2-3 minutes (depending on the setting) until the batter is no longer sticky and you have a chocolate brownie-like texture (approx. 2 minutes at 900 W). You can either scoop out the “cake” right away or let it cool first and then eat it. This recipe is perfect for a quick snack, is super quick, and you don’t even need to turn on the oven.
