Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 200 g whipped cream
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch(s) of anise powder
- 1 pinch of clove powder
- 1 pinch of gingerbread spice

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Christmas in a cup
Half-fill a small saucepan with water. Then, in a bowl that sits on top of the saucepan, add the chocolate, cream, sugar, and spices. Place the bowl on top of the saucepan and melt the chocolate, stirring constantly. Once the chocolate is melted and warm, pour it into a mug and enjoy! I recommend using only half of the ingredients listed above. It might not seem like much, but the hot chocolate is very, very filling! It’s also delicious if you mix the chocolate with store-bought cake base. Crumble some of it into the mug beforehand to create a nice mush. Give it a try.
