Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bun (hot dog bun)
  • 1 sausage (hot dog sausage)
  • 1 pickled gherkin(s) (sandwich gherkins)
  • 1 slice(s) processed cheese (toast cheese)
  • n. B. fried onions
  • e.g. ketchup
  • e.g. mayonnaise
  • e.g. mustard

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Lightly toast the bun on both sides in the toaster. While the bun is toasting, heat the sausages. Cut the cheese slices in half lengthwise. Place one slice of cheese on the bottom of the bun lengthwise. Spread ketchup, one cucumber, mayonnaise, sausages, mustard, and fried onions over the cheese. Fold over and serve.
