Ingredients
 

For the buns: (makes 9 buns)

  • 500 g Spelt flour
  • 250 ml Warm milk
  • 50 g Butter half-fat - milk half-fat, soft
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Brown sugar + 1 cube yeast

For painting:

  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 3 tbsp Water

To fill:

  • 9 Wiener sausages
  • Pickles
  • Roasted onions
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Hamburger sauce
  • Danish remoulade

Instructions
 

Buns:

  • Dissolve the yeast in a little milk and mix with a teaspoon of sugar! Then knead the flour with the rest of the milk, salt and sugar! I used the bread maker! Then add butter and EGG! Knead everything well and let rise for 45 minutes!

Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius:

  • Knead the dough again and 9 elongated roll shapes and let rise again! Then roll out a little wide with the whale wood. Brush buns with egg and water and bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes! Let cool down!

Covering:

  • Heat Viennese sausages in water! Cut the cucumber into slices!
  • Then cover as you please! 😀
