Hot NT Chicken Duo
The perfect hot nt chicken duo recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 piece Free range chicken fresh
- 2 piece Limes eighth untreated
- 2 piece Rosemary sprigs
- 4 piece Garlic cloves roughly chopped
- 1 pinch Sea salt from the mill
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 2 tbsp Melt butter
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Black oil see my KB
- 1 tsp Chilli oil see my KB
- 2 tbsp Sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp Hot paprika powder
- 2 tbsp Chilli black dried ground see my KB
- 1 Tl Sesame seeds black
- Rub the chicken inside and out with the spices. Fill with lime and garlic.
- Place breast down on the grid of the oven preheated to 80 degrees (center of the oven). Let cook for about 3 hours. The core temperature (depending on the size of the chicken) is then around 68 degrees.
- Then brush the chicken all over with butter and grill for about 3 minutes on each side.
- Now cut the chicken in half and brush one half with the red oil and spice mixture and the other with the black one (see pictures).
- Place on a baking sheet and grill the two halves of the chicken for approx. 2 minutes and serve with French fries and a layered salad. The layered salad is an extra recipe.
- The gentle cooking makes the chicken very tender and juicy, and the grilling makes the skin nice and crispy.
- Please don’t grumble again, half a chicken is burned. The black one is black sesame and black chili.
