Hot peaches with chocolate filling

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 m.-sized peach(s)
  • 4 pieces of confectionery (chocolate balls) or 8 pieces of dark chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Fruity – sweet barbecue recipe – not only tasty for children!

Wash the peaches, carefully dry them, and pit them. To do this, cut a single incision lengthwise all the way around the peach, carefully twist the peaches together, and remove the stone. Place a chocolate ball or two pieces of chocolate into the hollow of each peach half and place the other half on top. Wrap in aluminum foil and place directly over low heat. Grill for about 5 minutes per side. Per serving: 88 kcal/368 kJ, 1.5 g protein, 2.7 g fat, 14.2 g carbohydrates.
