Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 175 g butter, soft
- 175 g sugar, very fine
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla flavor
- 175 g flour, sifted
- 2 tsp, leveled baking powder

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a springform pan. Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl until fluffy. Slowly add the eggs and vanilla extract, then gradually stir in the flour and baking powder. Pour the batter into the pan and smooth it with a wet knife. Bake on the middle rack for 20 minutes.
