Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 bulb(s)
  • 2 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
  • e.g. vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and core the pears, cut them into small pieces, and heat them in the microwave for 5 minutes. Then stir in the quark and add sugar if desired. Tip: This also works well with apples.
