Hot Spiced Milk
The perfect hot spiced milk recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 Milliliters Milk 1.5%
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
- 1 Cardamom pod
- 1 Clove
- 0,5 Cinnamon stick
- 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
- 50 Milliliters Milk 3.5%
- 2 tablespoon Amaretto
- Ground cinnamon
- Pour milk into a saucepan. Stir in the vanilla sugar. Press on the cardamom pod a little. Add to the milk with the other spices. Heat the milk and let it steep for 10 minutes over a very low heat. Pour through a sieve. Stir the maple syrup into the milk.
- Heat the milk with the amaretto. Take off the stove. Beat the milk until frothy. Heat the spiced milk again.
- Pour the seasoned milk into a heat-resistant glass. Spread the milk foam on top. Finally dust with cinnamon.
