Goulash with Liver

The perfect goulash with liver recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Pork liver
  • 50 g Diced Bacon
  • 3 piece Onions
  • 2 piece Apples
  • 1 piece Meat broth (cubes)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sweet paprika
  • Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Sauce thickener dark
  1. Wash the liver and cut into cubes, fry gently with the cubed bacon
  2. Quarter and slice the onions, add to the liver and cook until translucent
  3. Peel the apples, cut the core into cubes and also add to the pan
  4. Dissolve the meat stock (cubes) in 400 ml of hot water and give it to the liver
  5. Thicken with a sauce thickener (not to give too much, thicken after all)
  6. Refine with crème fraîche
  7. Season to taste with pepper, paprika and salt
