Hot vanilla muesli

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g muesli (fiber muesli from the health food store)
  • 400 ml water
  • 2 tsp sweetener
  • 250 ml soy milk (soy drink)
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 pack of sauce powder (vanilla sauce)
  • 1 tsp sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Make a vanilla sauce from soy milk, water, 1 teaspoon of sweetener, and sauce powder. Make a not-too-runny porridge from the muesli, 2 teaspoons of sweetener, and about 400 ml of water. Stir in the vanilla sauce and simmer briefly.
