Ingredients for 40 servings:

Beat eggs and sugar until thick and foamy (white), then gradually mix in the remaining ingredients. Spread the mixture on baking paper to a thickness of a finger and bake at 180°C for about 12 minutes, until light brown. While still hot, remove from the paper and cut into strips measuring approximately 1.5 x 4 cm using a sharp serrated knife. Once completely cooled, store in tightly sealed tins lined with aluminum foil. Tip: It’s better to check more often than to let it overcook, as otherwise the pastry will become too dry.
