Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 250 g nuts or almonds, ground
  • 200 g chocolate, grated
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp liqueur (cherry liqueur or similar)
  • 3 egg whites (snow)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix the mixture in the order listed and let it rest in the refrigerator for about half an hour. Scoop out small portions with a teaspoon and roll them in powdered sugar. Place the balls on a baking sheet and bake at 150°C for about 15 minutes. They will rise beautifully and look like little loaves of bread.
