House Style Pizza

The perfect house style pizza recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 packet Pizza dough with tomato sauce in an extra glass from the freshness shelf
  • Parchment paper
  • 1 disc Cooked ham
  • 2 size Onions
  • 1 tablespoon Capers from the jar
  • 8 Black olives
  • 0,5 teaspoon Pizza herbs
  • 0,5 teaspoon Pizza seasoning
  • 50 g Grated cheese
  • Olive oil for drizzling on
  1. Place the dough on a pizza tray lined with baking paper and brush with the tomato sauce, but not to the edge. Preheat the oven to around 220 degrees.
  2. Cut the ham into stains, cut the onions in half and then slice, drain the capers, halve the olives and remove the stones. Now distribute everything evenly on the pizza, sprinkle over the herbs and spices, sprinkle with cheese and finally drizzle with a few drops of oil.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at approx. 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
  4. 4th note: please, don’t be surprised, but a pizza like this is always enough for 2 people. There is usually a fresh salad beforehand.
