Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tbsp soy sauce, dark
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • some chili sauce, hot red (flat chili sauce from the Asian shop)
  • 2 pinches of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Place the sauce in the center of the table for everyone to dip into.
