Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 220 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 80 g sugar
  • 90 g margarine (half-fat margarine)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pack of vanilla pudding powder (alternatively 5-6 tbsp cornstarch)
  • 1 jar cherry(s)
  • 2 eggs
  • 750 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 pack of pudding powder (vanilla or almond)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 150 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp semolina
  • 220 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Make a shortcrust pastry from the dough ingredients. Line a 26 cm springform pan with baking paper, pour the dough into it, and gently pull up the sides. For the filling, mix the vanilla pudding powder with a little cold cherry juice. Heat the cherries with the remaining juice and thicken with the stirred pudding. Spread the hot cherries over the dough. For the topping, mix the remaining ingredients together and spread over the cherries. Bake the cake at 180 degrees Celsius for 50-60 minutes.
