Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • 1 slice(s) of bread (brown bread or sourdough bread)
  • 1 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • possibly Fondor

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Toast the bread until golden brown. Place the cooked ham and cheese on top. Fry the egg in a pan until the yolk is just runny. Season the egg to taste with salt, pepper, and paprika. If desired, you can also add Fondor, but be careful—reduce the salt. Serve warm.
