Ingredients
- 500 g Pork loin
- 100 g Mushrooms
- 8 Cocktail tomatoes
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Leek
- 1 cup Cream
- 2 cup Milk
- 2 tsp Food starch
- 1 Onion
- 1 tsp Dried parsley leaf
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cut the meat into small pieces and fry well. With milk peeling off.
- Chop the onions and leeks, cherry tomatoes and carrots into small pieces.
- Fry the mushrooms, leek, onions and add to the meat.
- Then add the carrots to the meat (do not fry).
- When everything is in the pan, pour in the beaker of cream and let it simmer a little. Like goulash. Parsley if fresh, I only had dried ones in the pot.
- Season everything well with salt and pepper.
- Thicken a little with cornstarch. There was noodles with it.
- I always look at the pictures of Maggi or Knorr when I don't know what to cook. Then I cook it to my liking without the packages.
