- 100 ml Rhubarb fruit nectar
- 100 ml Prosecco sparkling wine
- 50 ml Mineral water
- Ice cubes
- Raspberries
- Mix the rhubarb nectar (or syrup) with prosecco, mineral water, ice cubes and the raspberries (to garnish) and serve – this makes a really cool refreshment bar for hot days.
