Yogurt Dip
The perfect yogurt dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 2 Spring onion
- 1 Tbsp, heaped Grated Parmesan
- 0,5 bunch Chives
- Salt pepper
- Clean the spring onions and cut into fine cubes, place in a bowl. Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls. Add yoghurt, Parmesan and chives, stir and season with salt and pepper.
- Tastes good with baked potatoes, grilled dishes or fondue.
