Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g bell pepper(s), red, green, yellow
- 2 onions, red
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 jar mushrooms, medium-sized, whole heads
- Salt
- Pepper, colored, from the mill
- Chili powder, from the mill
- 400 g pork steak(s), from the back
- 1 tbsp flour
- 500 g Schupfnudeln, from the refrigerated section
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Own creation
Heat the oil in a pan. Season the pork steaks with salt, pepper, and flour. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan and let rest. Drain the mushrooms. First, sauté the sliced onions, drained mushrooms, and tomato paste in the pan. Slice the bell peppers and add them. Season with salt, mixed pepper, chili, and garlic. Simmer for 10 minutes with the lid uncovered. Stir everything together and fold in the potato dumplings. Slice the previously fried pork steaks and fold them in.
