Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 bell peppers, red and green
- 500 g pork or chicken, cut into strips or cubes
- 1 point Chinese egg noodles (Mie noodles)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 dash of soy sauce
- 2 tbsp butter for the pan
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Brown the meat in a pan with 1 tablespoon of butter, season with salt and pepper to taste. Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the package instructions and, after draining, toss with a little butter. Remove the meat from the pan, brown the pepper strips in butter, remove the peppers, and then brown the noodles. Once everything is well browned, turn off the heat, mix all three ingredients together in the pan, and finally pour over a generous splash of soy sauce and let it simmer.
