Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g mushrooms
- 100 ml sour cream
- 1 small onion(s)
- 40 g butter
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Finely chop the onion and sauté in butter until translucent. Remove from the heat and sprinkle with paprika. Cut the cleaned mushrooms into not-too-thin strips and add. Then return everything to the heat and sauté until tender, stirring. Finally, fold in the sour cream, season with salt, and bring to a boil briefly. Serve with rice.
