Minced meat and leek pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 stalk(s) leeks, finely chopped
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 400 g pasta
  • 1 can/n tomato(s) (Pizza tomatoes)
  • ½ bottle of chili sauce
  • Garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • curry powder
  • possibly spice mix (Chinese spice)
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Brown the minced meat with chopped onions in a little oil. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, and plenty of curry powder. When the meat is cooked, add the pizza tomatoes and chili sauce for seasoning and let it simmer. Cook the pasta and add the finely chopped leek and the minced meat mixture. Finally, fold in the cooked pasta and season again to taste.
