Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 50 g butter or margarine
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 200 g cream
  • pinch(s) of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

tastes great with rice

Peel the onion, chop it into small pieces, and fry it in melted butter. Then add the oil, flour, paprika, cream, and a pinch of salt. Let it cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. It goes very well with rice.
