Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter, soft
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 40 g cinnamon powder
- 500 g flour
- Fat for the waffle iron

Cream the softened butter with the sugar and 4 eggs until fluffy. In a bowl, mix the cinnamon with the flour to ensure the cinnamon is evenly distributed. Then slowly add the flour-cinnamon mixture to the sugar-egg mixture. Knead everything well and refrigerate, ideally overnight. However, chilling for 3-4 hours is also sufficient. Before baking in the cinnamon waffle iron, lightly grease the waffle iron. Using a teaspoon, form the batter into walnut-sized balls. Place one ball of batter per waffle area in the waffle iron and bake until golden brown.
