Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 baguette rolls
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 tbsp oil, neutral, e.g. rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • 5 mushrooms, brown
  • 1 tsp butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 burger patties (wild boar meat cakes)*
  • 1 tbsp cranberries from the jar
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Toast the baguette rolls, cut them open, and top with lettuce leaves and two thin tomato slices each. Peel the onion and slice it into half rings. Fry it in oil until translucent, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and let it caramelize. Spread the cooked onions over the lettuce. Clean the mushrooms, slice them, and brown them in butter. Season with salt and pepper. Place the mushroom slices on the onions. Then place the meatballs on top, mix the cranberries with mayonnaise and cream, and spread them on top.
