Hunter's pan with chicken breast, mushrooms and beans

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ onion(s)
  • 3 cloves garlic, less if desired
  • 400 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 150 g beans, green, fresh or frozen
  • 120 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 60 g chanterelles, fresh
  • salt and pepper
  • Fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cut the meat into small strips and then season with salt and pepper on both sides. Dice the onion and garlic. Cut the mushrooms and chanterelles into thin strips. Trim the fresh beans, cut into pieces, and cook in salted water until al dente. Blanch the frozen beans according to the package instructions. Then fry the meat, onion, and garlic. Add the mushrooms and beans and sauté for about 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Season to taste and serve with rice, for example.
